Skin needling, also known at Collagen Induction Therapy (CIT), is a minimally invasive, advanced clinical skin rejuvenating procedure which uses micro needling techniques to improve the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, pigmentation and scars and to normalise various skin functions.

Our Dermapen 4, Skin Needling System uses a series of ultra fine needles that are controlled by a unique digital head to provide thousands of precision channels into the dermal and epidermal regions of skin. The micro-channels stimulate growth factors in the skin and the post traumatic response produces collagen and elastin – the key building blocks of our skin. As the structure of the skin is largely left intact, the skin heals within 4-7 days post treatment.

How Many Treatments Are Recommended?
As every skin is unique, so is our approach to dermal needling and the program we create will be unique to you. Frequency and number of treatments, along with depth, ingredients and timing will all vary depending on your skin condition, skin concerns, rate of cellular life cycle and your desired outcome.
Generally 3 – 6 treatments are required to achieve best results. These may be performed 6 – 8 weeks a part depending on client.
